Conscientia Beam charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for all manuscripts accepted for publication. The APC covers editorial administration, manuscript formatting, English language editing, online publication, archiving, and other publishing services. An invoice will be issued to the corresponding author after acceptance.
There are no submission fees, page charges, or color figure charges.

If extensive English language editing is required after acceptance, an additional editing fee may apply based on the length and editing requirements of the manuscript.
APC Waivers and Discounts
Conscientia Beam offers APC waivers and discounts to authors with limited funding, subject to Editorial Office approval. Waiver requests are assessed independently of editorial decisions to ensure a fair and unbiased peer-review process.
A discount may be granted for one accepted paper per calendar year for an individual author or a group of authors.
100% APC Waiver for Top 2% Most Cited Scientists
Conscientia Beam offers a 100% APC waiver to corresponding authors listed among the Top 2% Most Cited Scientists (2025/2026). Eligible authors must provide valid citation documentation at the time of submission. All applications are subject to verification and approval by the Editorial Office.

50% APC Discount for Authors from Least Developed Countries (LDCs)
Authors whose primary institutional affiliation is based in a country recognized by the United Nations as a Least Developed Country (LDC) are eligible for a 50% discount on the Article Processing Charge (APC). Supporting institutional documentation may be required for verification.
50% APC Discount for Student Authors
Conscientia Beam offers a 50% APC discount to student authors facing financial constraints. To qualify, the corresponding author must be a currently enrolled student, and the majority of co-authors should also be students. Valid student documentation may be required.
